1 3/4 Cups Bob Mills Whole Grain Flour
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 3/4 c milk
1/3 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla
3 tablespoons Flax or Chia Seed
3 Tablespoons of Protein Powder
Mix dry ingredients together and then make a well to add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla.
Pour batter onto preheated grids (slightly greased). Close lid quickly, so not open until done. When done use a fork to gently lift out the waffle. Repeat with remaining batter and serve warm.
I have two different types of waffle makers just to change things up a bit. We either make mini waffle sticks, or large belguim waffles and then top with your favorite berry or fresh fruit topping.
