Relationships are really all that matter. Relationships can either give you energy or drain you of your energy. Are there some people you absolutely love to be around? They are full of energy and their aura rubs off on you. On the flipside are there other people in your life that drain your energy? Have you ever thought about why that is? Are you conscious and aware of the key relationships in your life and those which fill or drain you of your energy? We all have the best intentions, but do we really take the time to think about and take action to build the relationships that matter the most.
This site is here to not only provide solutions to focus on your physical body health, but your emotional health as well. I am a firm believer in the Law of Attraction. When you think positive thoughts, positive thoughts will come your way. When you think negative thoughts, uh oh, watch out. Each of the relationships that we have can impact our overall emotional health and lead us to make the not so best choices for ourselves. I encourage you to think about the different types of relationships that you have with others. When you interact with people, do you see any patterns? Have you actually taken the time to observe your relationships? Could it possibily be that the drain on the relationship stems from you and your thinking when around that person?
Many people don’t tend to think of having a relationship with themself, but we all do. Since we live with ourselves every day we need to be able to appreciate ourselves for who we are. We can be our own worst enemy. We can criticize, put down, speak negative self-chatter and not appreciate ourselves for the truly wonderful human beings we are. We need to take a look at ourselves and appreciate the gifts and talents we bring to our lives and the lives of others.
How many of you think about having a relationship with your body? With the way media is today, its no wonder women and young girls are so self conscious about themselves. We have not learned self compassion, self care, self respect and self love for our bodies. Would you like to wake up each morning and be completely in love with your body? Loving your body is not a “bad’ thing. Our bodies were meant to feel. We need to teach ourselves and our children what it really means to love and care for this beautiful temple that we have all been given. We are all beautiful on the inside and outside, but we let people, events or circumstances lead us to think otherwise. If you truly want to make a difference in the world and live your life purpose, learn how you can become one and in love with your body.
Each person has a different belief system, while I am Catholic, I personally believe that there is no right or wrong religion. Spirituality is how an individual connects with a power great than themselves. Having a spiritual practice is important in becoming the best authentic versions of ourselves. There are many different ways an individual can practice their faith, but the utmost important thing is to pick one that works for you and then live by it. The power of prayer is an amazing gift and experience. When you are grounded in the spirit, you are driven by the passion that inspires you and lights you up inside. When you experience the divine power, this spirit will guide you on every step of your journey if your believe.

Some of us are lucky enough to have extended family to support us while others may not have that luxury. Have you ever thought about how the relationships you or your kids have with their extended family impacts their growth and development? We are a product of the experiences we had as a child and that which we have learned growing up. Since everyone has different relational experiences, no two people and relationships are alike. You can only provide for your children that which you have experienced or learned in life. The impact of extended family relationships can play a major or minor role in life, it all depends on how you choose to build and maintain those relationships.
Friends can have a major impact on your overall health. There is the old saying, you are who you hang around. Friends can either provide energy that bring us up or energy that brings us down.
Have you ever thought about having a relationship with money, career, physical activity, education, creativity, home environment, social life etc… These are all things that are a part of our lives. As a matter of fact, the belief system we have around each one of these things is actually a relationship we have with those areas in the circle of life. If one of these areas is out of balance, we need to take a look at our relationship with that particular area and determine if the relationship is actually feeding us positive or negative energy as they could be impacting our overall health and well being.
